I just would like to let you know that your Company is very unusual in the world today. You have the best customer service I have ever seen. Chad, Richard and the others of your customer support team are outstanding. When you have problems, and I've had a few since purchasing the whole house system, they take care of it. We love our system and sincerely appreciate all the help those folks have given us.

This is by far the most impressive addition to my home renovation project. I live in Ft Lauderdale. Our water is considered liquid cement. pH is off the scale and it's hard as a rock. I"m also a fish breeder, with 150 tanks. I can now use my water right out of the tap! I no longer use RO, or have to treat my water. And the taste reminds me of the water I grew up with "up North". The whole house systeem was worth every penny. I also bought one for my parents! Thanks!!!

Water Quality aside, Our 5 year old boys recently had a required blood analysis done and the Doctors, while reviewing the results, asked if we were using bottled water because the normal levels of contaminants in my kids blood was so low. I said no, but I didn't think about my 3.5 year old Pelican 600 at the time. The thought that overcame me was that I didn't have to worry about their drinking water, their showers, or their inflatable swimming pool. I do the pre-filter change at the prescribed intervals, that's it. In DC trust can be a challenge, I'm just amazed that all this while WaterFilterUSA and Pelican have been covering my back.

I bought the whole house water filters last year. I was very pleased with the sales personnel but it is unusual in these times to be happy with customer service. I would like to commend Richard who has given me excellent service Called back when he said he would and followed through with what he said he would do. For a change dealing with after sales personnel has been a pleasant experience

It has been almost three months since we had this system installed in our 3-yr old house. This system is unbelievable...maintenance-free, environmentally friendly, no more scale build-up anywhere, cleaner and softer clothes, more managable hair per my wife's and daughters' observations, and most of all, your customer service is top-of-the-shelf A1!
