Whole House Carbon & UV

We purchased the whole house carbon and the Trojan 20 UV light. It is amazing the differance in the smell and taste of the water. I had it all installed by a plumber. Did not affect my water flow at all... We love it..

Pelican Water Filter and Softener

P.S. I forgot what prompted me writing this testimonial today. I drained the hot water heater, as per recommendations, and was surprised to see the resin [from the old softener] and considerable salts of some kind. I refilled the water heater and DIDN'T HEAR A THING! We recently had two different groups of company last week, and we had to warn them that the banging in the night was from the water heater. It was LOUD!! There hasn't been a sound today. This new system is doing what it said it would do. Thank You!!

My Pelican Installation

On New Year's night, January 1, 2010, our previous water softener "destructed" sending resing through all the pipes, areators, water fill valves in the toilets, and in the washing machine, shutting off all water to the house!
I had purchased 120 bags of salt for that softener in the time we have lived in our home, and lifted every bag 5 times from the shelf to the brine tank, that is 12 TONS OF SALT!
I went on the web looking for a "saltless softener" and found Pelican, which after checking out on the web and calling two recent purchasers, we purchased in February. I ordered by phone on Thursday morning at 10 AM, and it was delivered in my garage by 5:30 PM on Friday!! Incredible service!
A neighbor helped install it, which was quite a task because of replalcing 60 feet of water pipe from the resin flow from the old softener. [No problem with the Pelican sediment tank, water filter or water softener though.] We have been on Pelican water for a month now. Unconciously, I got a glass of water from the faucet, and drank half of it, and WOW!! was it different! It tasted wonderful in comparison to the chlorine, flouride taste that we had before. And I have lifted no salt since it was put in.
It works great and I should have put it in 12 tons ago!

Whole house filter

I ordered a whole house sediment filter and a sediment spin down prefilter Tuesday at 2:00PM. I had to have it by Friday afternoon, so I ordered overnight shipping. Today is Wednesday, and I received my filters at 10:00 AM this morning. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.
