We would like to thank you for your Technical Support and the generous help. Our water purifier( PC600 Whole house water filter)was installed incorrectly about a year ago. In the process of the correction, we had many difficulties. But, with your help, now, we have clean water!!! Your company's product not only works well, but also gave us the kindness and the caring through the persistent Technical Support. Thank you very very much!!!
